67-xxx could you not take out the "considered a traitor to his fath by extremist Muslims" unless you have a cite that moderate Muslims did not approve of his Westernising and "modernising" reforms.

Hmm...He was never actually called "Mustafa Kemal Atatürk". Seems to me the page should be at either "Mustafa Kemal" or (my choice) "Kemal Atatürk", with a redirect from the other. john 01:05 31 May 2003 (UTC)
