Talk:Capitalism.org

Wikipedia is not a web directory... please delete.

This is not part of a web directory, this is an encyclopedia article on a notable pro-capitalism organization. Dietary Fiber

WTF? Why isn't it capitalisim.com? Tannin

lol Dietary Fiber

It seems that we would need an actual article that describes the views expressed on/by "Capitalism.org" and in their publication "Capitalism Magazine". Quotes can be nice but what is Capitalsm.org about? -- Mic

Articles should be a majority of our own work. Listing a dozen quotes from a website while having but one original sentence does not a wiki-article make. Therefore, I deleted the "statements by capitalism.org." I also removed the Ayn Rand reference. I realize her connection to neo-liberal thinkers, but what exactly is her connection with capitalism.org? Kingturtle 20:09 Apr 27, 2003 (UTC)

If you'd take a few minutes to look at the site, you'd see its 90% about Ayn Rand. 172.172.13.108[?]

Then this article should discuss Capitalism.org's stance on Ayn Rand and why Capitalism.org is interested in her. Kingturtle 01:22 May 13, 2003 (UTC)

Sure, it should, but its a work in progress. 172.141.178.53[?]

capitalism.org reads like a parody site. is it? Kingturtle 20:09 17 May 2003 (UTC)

  • The quote in this article: "Who is the poor man better off under: Mother Teresa or Bill Gates? A Mother Teresa who hands them bowls of slop every day, so they can barely exist -- or a genius like Bill Gates who creates a fortune for himself by helping others to create fortunes" reads like it was written by people at The Onion. Is capitalism.org a parody site? Kingturtle 08:21 17 Jun 2003 (UTC)
