Suicidal Tendencies was formed in punk rock, heavy metal musicthrash, and death band since 1982 in the city of Venice, California. The underground buzz regarding Suicidal Tendencies grew too loud for labels to ignore though, as the quartet signed on with the indie label Frontier Records[?] - issuing Mike Muir[?] & co's classic self-titled debut in 1983.
