South Park Mexican

South Park Mexican (or SPM) is a Houston, Texas-native and rapper, one of the few Mexican rappers to border on mainstream rap. Growing up in South Park, Houston[?], a notorious Mexican ghetto, he began selling drugs, quitting in 1994 and beginning his rap career. On his own label, Dope House Records[?], SPM released Hustle Town[?] and Power Moves[?] to local fame. Touring throughout Texas, SPM released 3rd Wish to the Rock the World[?] and The Purity Album[?] before moving to Universal Records[?] for Time Is Money[?] and Never Change[?]. Neither established him in the mainstream, despite advertising blitzes from Universal.
