Scania AB

Scania is a Swedish truck manufacturer. The company was originally founded in "Scania", which is the latin name for the province of Skåne. It later merged with Vabis, another truck manufacturer, and headquarters were moved from Malmö, where it was founded, to its present location in Södertälje, just south of Stockholm.

Scania was for a period part of the Saab corporation, using the name "Saab-Scania".
