Salsa

Salsa is the Spanish word for sauce. In English-speaking countries it refers to a variety of sauces usually made with tomatoes, jalapeno[?] peppers, onion, garlic and cilantro; the sauce is used as a condiment in Mexican cuisine. Other salsas exist; for instance, some of them are made with mint, pineapple, or cantaloupe.

Salsa is a style of Cuban dance and music. See Salsa (dance) or Salsa (music).
