Role-playing game/Miniatures

Small figurines cast in either plastic or metal, commonly used in role playing games and tabletop wargames. Early versions were made of lead-based pewter, but ones currently manufactured are usually lead-free.

Often these miniatures are painted as a hobby. Fantasy and role playing conventions will sometimes feature competitions on miniature painting.
