Risus

Risus is a rules-light genre-agnostic role-playing game developed by S. John Ross[?] of Cumberland Games and Diversions and available for free on the web at http://www.io.com/~sjohn/risus.htm

Risus uses a cliche system clearly influenced by Atlas Games[?]' Over the Edge[?] and is also similar in some ways to Unknown Armies[?], another "skill-list-less" system.
