Richard Marshall

Richard Jacqueline Marshall (June 16, 1895 - August 3, 1973) was a Major General in the US Army. He served in the 1st Division[?] during World War I and became the Chief of Staff of Army Forces in the Pacific[?] by the end of World War II.
