Revenge is the act of retaliation against a wrong-doing. Revenge is a human condition, where the prevailing need to restore equilibrium persists. Revenge is sometimes considered the basis of the philosophy "an eye for an eye". It can also bee seen in the logical fallacy two wrongs make a right. Revenge can also be classified as a psychological disorder and as a philosophical issue.
