Reus

Reus is the capital of the comarca of Baix Camp[?], in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain, located at 117 metres above the sea. Population 90,993 (1996).

The area has always been an important producer of wines and spirits, and gained continental importance in times of the phylloxera plague.
