René McLean

René McLean is a jazz saxophonist and flautist. He was born in New York City and received his first musical instruction from his father, noted alto saxophonist Jackie McLean. He later studied music at New York College of Music[?] nd the University of Massachusetts. He has recorded extensively and also has extensive experience as a music educator in the United States and South Africa.
