Rauma, Norway

The municipality Rauma in the county of Møre og Romsdal, Norway, has 7,381 inhabitants as of January 1, 2002. The biggest town is Åndalsnes[?] which is the administration center. Åndalsnes is situated at the mouth of the river Rauma, which flows thru the valley Romsdalen[?].

The railroad Raumabanen[?] terminates at Åndalsnes.

Rauma is frequently visited by tourists, especially due to the major sights Trollveggen[?] in Romsdalen, and the Trollstigen[?] road to Geiranger[?].
