The term
quintillion can mean two
numbers.
- In Canadian and U.S. usage, one quintillion is 1,000,000,000,000,000,000, or 1018[?]. While Britain, Australia and New Zealand traditionally employed the European usage, they have recently largely switched to the U.S. version.
- In traditional European usage, one quintillion is 1030[?].
