Queen Margot

Queen Margot or La Reine Margot in French, was a novel written in 1845 by Alexandre Dumas and a film of that novel, with the same name (1994), starring Isabelle Adjani and Daniel Auteuil[?]. The film was nominated for the Academy Award for Costume Design.

It is the fictionalized story of the real Marguerite de Valois, wife of King Henry IV of France.
