Portmeirion

Portmeirion is an Italianate resort village on the coast of Snowdonia, Wales, most notable for its use as the location of the television show The Prisoner.

It was designed and constructed over the period from 1925 to 1975 by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis[?] (1883-1978).
