Poperinge

Poperinge is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the city of Poperinge proper and the towns of Krombeke[?], Proven[?], Reningelst[?], Roesbrugge-Haringe[?] and Watou[?]. On January 1st, 2000 Poperinge had a total population of 19,254 (9,533 males and 9,721 females). The total area is 120.51 km² which gives a population density of 159.77 inhabitants per km².
