Pendleton

Pendleton is a fictious character on CBC's Spynet children's program. A Field Operatives Supervisor for a Canadian spy agency, the "NET" (National Espionage Taskforce[?]), Pendleton assigns cases to his operatives, including Sam. He prides himself on a by-the-book attitude, substantiated by the fact he wrote the book, often ignored by operatives, much to his dismay. He has been quoted as saying, "Spying is unpredictable, there's no reason I should be." His locator device has a code number of XZ DSDSFF68-29512R136.

He is never seen by viewers of the program, only heard debriefing Sam on her cases.
