Pedro Rosello

Dr. Pedro Rosello is a former Governor of Puerto Rico. He held that position from 1993 to 2001. Rosello was the President of the PNP from 1991 to 1999. He was also President of The Council Of State Governments[?] as well as Chairman[?] of the Southern Governors Association[?]. Rosello is also a former pediatric surgeon. Rosello now resides in New York, where he teaches at Cambridge University. He is the uncle of Roy Rosello.

While governor, Rosello concentrated on trying to bring international companies to invest in Puerto Rico and fighting crime.[?] Rosello also became a campaigner for the cause of the island of Vieques. Once, at a press conference, he dressed up like Pedro Navaja[?].
