Partenia

Partenia is a diocese in Algeria, a place covered with sand since the fifth century. Bishop Jacques Gaillot[?] of Evreux in France was moved to the abandoned diocese by pope John Paul II in 1995. Gaillot decided to put up a website and to be the bishop of a cyber-diocese. Since then he regulary publishes letters and writes books.
