ParaCite

ParaCite is an experimental system for resolving references to resources such as books and scientific papers. It is being designed at the University of Southampton, the primary author being the postgraduate student Mike Jewell[?].

The website also credits Mike as the primary author of the ParaCite Toolkit (ParaTools), Zhuoan Jiao[?] as the author of the Parser::Citation module, Chris Gutteridge[?] as the originator of the ParaCite idea (and for lots of advice), and Stevan Harnad "for finding a lot of dodgy references that didn't work in ParaCite!"
