Overbetuwe (population: 40,213) is a municipality in the eastern Netherlands, in the province of Gelderland. The municipality covers an area of 115.00 km² (of which 3.93 km² water).

The municipality of Overbetuwe consists the following towns, villages and townships: Andelst[?], Driel[?], Elst[?], Hemmen[?], Herveld[?], Heteren[?], Homoet[?], Oosterhout (gld)[?], Randwijk[?], Slijk-Ewijk[?], Valburg[?], Zetten[?].
