Ott� Titusz Bl�thy (1860-1939), was a Hungarian electrical engineer, co-inventor of the electric transformer, the tension regulator[?], the watt meter[?], the alternating current (AC) electric motor, the turbogenerator[?] and high efficiency turbogenerator.
