Opmeer

Opmeer (population: 11,200) is a town in the north-western Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. The municipality covers an area of 41.68 km² (of which 0.31 km² water).

The municipality of Opmeer also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Aartswoud[?], De Weere[?], Gouwe[?], Hoogwoud[?], Spanbroek[?], Wadway[?], Zandwerven[?].
