Numa Droz

Numa Droz (January 27, 1844 - December 15, 1899) was a Swiss politician.

He was elected to the Federal Council of Switzerland on December 18, 1875 and handed over office on December 31, 1892. He was affiliated to the Free Democratic Party. During his office time he held the following departments:

He was president of Switzerland two times in 1881 and 1887.
