Nong Duc Manh

Nong Duc Manh is the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

His official biography says that he was the son of peasants of the ethnic group tay[?] and that he was born on September 11, 1945, in Cuong Loi, Na Ri District, province of Bac Kan[?]. However, some say he is the illegitimate son of Ho Chi Minh himself.
