Non-Proliferation Trust

The Non-Proliferation Trust (NPT) is a US corporation which advocates storing 10,000 tons US nuclear waste in Russia, for a fee of $15,000,000,000 paid to the Russian government and $250,000,000 paid to a fund for Russian orphans[?]. The group is headed by Admiral Daniel Murphy. This proposal has been endorsed by the Russian atomic energy ministry, MinAtom, which estimates that the proposal could eventually generate $150 billion in revenue for Russia.
