Nishimura Hiroyuki

Nishimura Hiroyuki (西村博之; b.1976 - ) is an administrator of 2ch, the largest and most influencial weblog in Japan. He is known for his handle-name, ひろゆき (Hiroyuki).

He was born in Tokyo and founded a company Tokyo access[?] in 1998 when he was in Chuo University[?]. In May 1999[?], he opened 2ch. In June 2001[?], he founded Irregular and partners[?].
