New Jersey State Highway 138 is state highway in New Jersey. It is an eastern extension of Interstate 195 (See Interstate 95) towards Belmar, New Jersey. Its western terminus is at New Jersey State Highway 34 and Interstate 195 in Wall Township, New Jersey; its eastern terminus is at New Jersey State Highway 35 in Wall. It was first built as part of New Jersey State Highway 38 in 1941 and renumbered 138 when it became clear that the gap between two sections of NJ 38 would not be filled.
