Neil D. Levin

Neil D. Levin New York government official (19XX-September 11, 2001)

Levin was the Superintendent of New York State's Insurance Department until 2001. Beginning in May 2001, he became executive director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

He went missing at age 46 in the September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack in the destruction of the World Trade Center.
