Mocambique

Moçambique (or Mozambique) is a city in the country of Mozambique. It is located on Mozambique Island[?] (locally Ilha de Moçambique, or just Ilha), in the Mozambique Channel. Population 42,207 (1997).

Known for its diverse architecture, it served as the capital city during the Portuguese occupation of that territory.
