Mobulidae is a family of saltwater fishes that belongs to the following taxonomy:

Kingdom: Animalia

Order: Myliobatiformes

There are three species in this family, the best known being the manta ray[?], also commonly known as the devil ray or devil fish. They have a flattened disc shaped body with large pectoral fins that they use to "fly" through the water. They eat plankton and small fishes, and are one of the largest fishes in the ocean.
