Mexican Federal District

The Mexican Federal District or Distrito Federal is an area within the nation of Mexico that is not part of any of the States of Mexico, but is administered by the Mexican Federal Government. The bulk of Mexico City is within the Federal District.

ISO 3166-2 is MX-DF.
