MEMs

MEMs is an acronym for Micro-Electronic Machines, and refers to machines built on the microscopic scale. So far laboratory tests have produced many basic mechanical parts, such as hinges, gears, and wires. However, a practical MEM is still in the future. MEMs are an example of nanotechnology
