Mayra Santos Febres

Mayra Santos Febres (born approx. 1969) is a Puerto Rican fiction novelist who has garnered fame both in Puerto Rico and in Spain.

One of her most famous books is Sirena Selena (Selena the Siren), in which she describes the life of a teenaged homosexual male who works in the streets and has talent in singing.

Santos Febres' work has been presented in many universities in the United States by college teachers.
