Maersk Air

Maersk Air is an airline. It is part of the A.P. Moller Group and commenced operation in 1970.

The Maersk Air Group employs about 2,200 people, and its fleet consists of more than 45 owned or leased aircraft for transport of passengers and freight.

The group is engaged in European scheduled airline services and charter airline operations. Other activities include aircraft leasing[?] and purchase and sale of aircraft, air cargo sales agency and contracted aircraft operation for parcel carriers.

Maersk Air is part of a large group of companies that use the name of Maersk. Other areas where the name is used include shipping, petroleum, data, sea container services and more.
