Lonely Mom

Lonely Mom (Ensamma Mamman in Swedish) is a well-known comic strip created by Cecilia Torudd which appears in Swedish newspapers. Lonely Mom saw the day of light in 1985 where it did a guest appearance[?] in Dagens Nyheter[?]. It was well received by the readers and it returned in 1987 as a fixed feauture. The strip was syndicated at Bull in 1991 and was rerun in many news papers. Ensamma Mamman deals with a single mother and her two teenager children, her 14 year old son Beppe and her daughter Mia, 17 years old.

Ensamma Mamman received the Swedish organization Comic Furtherance[?]'s prize Urhunden[?] in 1989.
