Lokeren

Lokeren is a municipality located in the Belgian province of East Flanders. The municipality comprises the city of Lokeren proper and the towns of Daknam[?] and Eksaarde[?]. On January 1st, 2000 Lokeren had a total population of 36,458 (17,922 males and 18,536 females). The total area is 67.66 km² which gives a population density of 538.84 inhabitants per km².
