Lockheed Martin is an aerospace manufacturer formed in 1996 by the merger of the Lockheed Corporation and the Martin Marietta Corporation[?]. They are headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. Lockheed Martin has managed Sandia National Laboratories for the United States Department of Energy since 1993.
