Kramer is a city located in Bottineau County, North Dakota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 44.

Geography Kramer is located at 48°41'28" North, 100°42'27" West (48.691202, -100.707492)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.4 km² (0.2 mi²). 0.4 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 44 people, 23 households, and 12 families residing in the city. The population density is 106.2/km² (277.8/mi²). There are 43 housing units at an average density of 103.8/km² (271.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 97.73% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 2.27% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 23 households out of which 8.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.2% are married couples living together, 0.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 43.5% are non-families. 30.4% of all households are made up of individuals and 21.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
