Knokke-Heist

Knokke-Heist is a municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders. The municipality comprises the towns of Heist-aan-Zee[?], Knokke[?], Ramskapelle[?] and Westkapelle[?]. On January 1st, 2000 Knokke-Heist had a total population of 33,148 (15,925 males and 17,223 females). The total area is 56.98 km² which gives a population density of 581.78 inhabitants per km².
