Kiyoura Keigo

Kiyoura Keigo (清浦奎吾; February 14, 1850 - November 5, 1942) was a Japanese politician and the 23th Prime Minister from January 7, 1924 - June 11, 1924.

He was born in Kumamoto prefecture.
