King of the Hill is a satirical
US TV animated series in a similar vein to
The Simpsons and
Family Guy. Unlike most other animated series it attempts to retain complete realism. It is broadcast weekly on FOX broadcast television stations.
The series is the brainchild of Beavis and Butthead creator Mike Judge[?]. After a successful run of Beavis and Butthead on MTV, he went on to create King of the Hill, proving that he was capable of producing more than just base entertainment.
