Ken Follett

Ken Follett (born June 5, 1949) is a British author, particularly of political thrillers[?], born in Cardiff, Wales. He is married to the Member of Parliament Barbara Follett[?].

After university, he worked as a newspaper reporter in Cardiff and then London, where he began writing. In 1978, his novel Eye of the Needle[?] became a bestseller. This would be followed by numerous international bestsellers.
