Comic Movie based on James Bond starring Rowan Atkinson with John Malkovich, Natalie Imbruglia and Ben Miller[?], and featuring a unique car chase.

The screeplay was written by Bond writers Neal Purvis[?] and Robert Wade[?], with William Davies[?] and Ben Elton, and it's directed by Peter Howitt[?].

Atkinson was also thrown into a swimming pool by Sean Connery in the James Bond film Never Say Never Again[?].
