John Rhys-Davies

John Rhys-Davies (born May 5, 1944) is an actor. Although he has dozens of films to his credit, Rhys-Davies is probably best known for his work in two blockbuster franchises: "Sallah" in the Indiana Jones films and "Gimli" in The Lord of the Rings films. He also had a role in the television series Sliders from 1995 to 1997.
