John Perry Barlow

John Perry Barlow (b. October 3, 1947) is an American poet and essayist. He has written lyrics for the Grateful Dead. He is co-founder of the Electronic Frontier Foundation and serves as vice-chairman of the EFF board.

His writings include A Declaration of the Independence of Cyberspace and The Economy of Ideas.
