Jamaican Labour Party

The Jamaican Labour Party (JLP) is a conservative political party in Jamaica.

It was founded by Jamaican labour leader Alexander Bustamante[?] in 1943.

There have only been two leaders of the paty, Bustamante himself (1943-1974) and Edward Seaga[?] (1974-present). Both men have also served as Prime Minister of the country.
