Item
An Item is a video game expression for the various objects and rewards collected by the game's characters for points, health, or power-ups.
Common video game items include:
- 1-ups, giving the player an extra chance
- coins, rings, diamonds, or some other such treasure. Collecting 100 of such items usually gives the player a 1-up.
- Medical boxes or food items, which give the player extra health
