ISPF

ISPF (Interactive System Productivity Facility) is a tool set for the IBM z/OS (MVS, OS/390) mainframe operating system.

It primarily provides a 3270 terminal interface with dialogs to run tools on the system under TSO. ISPF is frequently used to manipulate z/OS data sets[?] via its PDF (Product Development Facility).
